Sold a Single Family home in 2020 in Yorba Linda, CA.

I was extremely pleased and surprised that the house was sold 10% over the asking price. The outstanding result is all because of Lily’s professionalism, thorough preparation of the house, market knowledge, accurate assessment of the property, and strategic negotiation. Since I was not living in the house and out of the country, she not only organized and decluttered my house, hired all the helpers to make it look even better, but also stored my personal items in a safe place while the house was on the market.
